Booking notes
Child policy: Due to the nature of our accommodation which are separate suites that only accommodate 2 persons, high drop-offs at the splash pools and our product that is aimed at couples we are not able to accommodate children under the age of 12.
Arrival: Between 12:00 and 12:45 at the Welgevonden East Gate. Please note: For Inzalo Safari Lodge to ensure an excellent guest experience and not have guest wait for extended periods at the gate, the pick-up vehicle will depart at 12:45. Any additional pickups will be at an additional cost of R650.
Departure: Between 11:00 and 11:30 after the morning game drive and brunch.
Inclusions and Exclusions
The rates include:
· Accommodation in one of 5 luxury airconditioned tented suites, each with a private viewing deck and plunge pool
· Two game drives daily
· Meals, tea/ coffee and game drive snacks. See attached pre-arrival document for more detail.
· Gate transfers from Welgevonden Game Reserve East Gate or Welgevonden airstrip
· Free Wi-Fi
The rates exclude:
· All beverages not listed above, including in-room mini bar and game drive drinks
· Laundry
· All flights, transfers, activities and excursions not listed above
· Telephone calls
· Gratuities (optional and at your discretion)
· Conservation fee of R350 per person per night which we collect on behalf of the reserve
