  • Check-in time is 12h00; check-out is at 10h00.

  • Provisional bookings will be held for 2 days, after which time the reservation must be confirmed or released.

  • A 20% deposit is required to confirm a reservation, with the balance due 7 days prior to arrival.

  • Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of proof of payment on bank statement.

  • Payments to be made by Bank Deposit or credit card where possible.  We use PayBridge for credit card transactions, a secure online payment service. We will provide the relevant URL for payment purposes.   

  • We do accept Master or Visa cards or a direct transfer at the lodge; regrettably, American Express and Diners Club cards are not accepted.

  • Rates are valid at the time of booking, but until such time as full and final payment has been received the price is subject to change.

  • Only written cancellations will be accepted. Kindly ensure you receive an acknowledgement of cancellations from the Reservations office. Travel insurance is suggested in the event of an unforeseen cancellation.

  • Children 12 years and older are welcome, whereupon the full adult rate will apply.

  • Children under 12 years are welcome when booking the lodge exclusively.

  • Children are allowed on game drives at the discretion of the Game Ranger. We do not have baby-sitting facilities. 


Cancellation policy:


  • 25% cancellation fee is applicable if booking is cancelled 7 days prior to arrival.

  • 50% cancellation fee is applicable if booking is cancelled 4 days prior to arrival.

  • 100% cancellation fee is applicable if booking is cancelled on day of arrival
