Check-in time is 12h00; check-out is at 10h00.
Provisional bookings will be held for 2 days, after which time the reservation must be confirmed or released.
A 20% deposit is required to confirm a reservation, with the balance due 7 days prior to arrival.
Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of proof of payment on bank statement.
Payments to be made by Bank Deposit or credit card where possible. We use PayBridge for credit card transactions, a secure online payment service. We will provide the relevant URL for payment purposes.
We do accept Master or Visa cards or a direct transfer at the lodge; regrettably, American Express and Diners Club cards are not accepted.
Rates are valid at the time of booking, but until such time as full and final payment has been received the price is subject to change.
Only written cancellations will be accepted. Kindly ensure you receive an acknowledgement of cancellations from the Reservations office. Travel insurance is suggested in the event of an unforeseen cancellation.
Children 12 years and older are welcome, whereupon the full adult rate will apply.
Children under 12 years are welcome when booking the lodge exclusively.
Children are allowed on game drives at the discretion of the Game Ranger. We do not have baby-sitting facilities.

Cancellation policy:

25% cancellation fee is applicable if booking is cancelled 7 days prior to arrival.
50% cancellation fee is applicable if booking is cancelled 4 days prior to arrival.
100% cancellation fee is applicable if booking is cancelled on day of arrival
